About CTC

The Capacity Transformation Centre (CTC) is a non-partisan, non-religious local civil society organization (CSO) based in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. Established in July 2023 by a group of dedicated core trainers and coaches from the Women’s Voice and Leadership (WVL) project, CTC aims to empower and enhance the capacity of civil society organizations (CSOs) throughout Ethiopia. Officially registered on August 5, 2024, by the Agency of Civil Society Organizations (ACSO) in accordance with proclamation number 1113/2011, CTC is committed to promoting social change through strategic capacity-building initiatives.

Our Mission

To strengthen the capacity of Ethiopian civil society organizations by providing comprehensive support in institutional development, research, advocacy, and capacity-building initiatives. We aim to facilitate collaboration, enhance youth leadership, and promote a conducive environment for gender equality and inclusiveness through strategic partnerships, workshops, and continuous engagement.
