The Capacity Transformation Centre (CTC) is a non-partisan, non-religious local civil society organization (CSO) based in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. Established in July 2023 by a group of dedicated core trainers and coaches from the Women’s Voice and Leadership (WVL) project, CTC aims to empower and enhance the capacity of civil society organizations (CSOs) throughout Ethiopia. Officially registered on August 5, 2024, by the Agency of Civil Society Organizations (ACSO) in accordance with proclamation number 1113/2011, CTC is committed to promoting social change through strategic capacity-building initiatives.
As core trainers and coaches for the WVL project the now CTCs members played a key role in achieving the following outcomes.
Enhancing our training and coaching programs to cover more thematic areas and reach more organizations.
Building stronger networks and partnerships with local, regional, and international stakeholders.
Advocating for more inclusive and supportive policies for civil society organizations in Ethiopia.
Increasing our focus on digital transformation and innovative approaches to capacity building.
