48 women organizations (WOs) have been trained on effective Resource Mobilization strategies to enhance their funding and sustainability.
56 WOs have undergone training on Evidence-Based Advocacy to improve their impact in influencing policies and public opinion.
Over 20 WOs have received training on how to effectively apply for and manage grants, strengthening their financial management capabilities.
28 WOs are currently engaged in training sessions focused on youth engagement and developing young leaders (YFLs) for future roles in organizational leadership.
More than 180 Youth Future Leaders (YFLs) have received extensive training in leadership, communication skills, and personal development, preparing them for future leadership roles.
48 WOs have been coached on developing comprehensive Resource Mobilization (RM) plans, RM guidelines, and designing Income-Generating Activities (IGAs) to boost their sustainability.
Over 20 WOs have successfully developed or updated their Strategic Plans, with coaching support from CTC, to align with their organizational goals and visions.
23 WOs have been guided in developing and designing effective communication strategies and media engagement guidelines, enhancing their public outreach and visibility.
More than 15 WOs have received coaching on evidence-based advocacy, strengthening their capacity to advocate effectively for their causes.
Over 10 WOs have been coached on youth engagement and developing young leaders (YFLs) to ensure a successful leadership succession within their organizations.
14+ WOs have been coached on Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) practices and have developed their own M&E guidelines and policies, improving their capacity to track progress and demonstrate impact.
