Haimanot is currently working as a country consortium coordinator in the Break Free! Program implemented under FAWE-Ethiopia, Plan International and SRHR Africa Trust. She holds a BA degree in Sociology and a Master of Arts in Project Management.
Haimanot has eight years of professional work experience in planning, implementation and management of child protection, SRHR and Advocacy-related projects at different local and international non-governmental organizations.
She joined the WVL project as a member of CAT since 2021 and contributed her professional skill at the different stages of the capacity-building process done at targeted WOs i.e. Participatory Institutional Self-Assessment, development of M&E facilitators manual and M&E coaching in close collaboration with Plan WVL project team.
